Zaykedar currently delivers within selected areas of Kendrapara.
At checkout, customers can confirm whether their location is serviceable.

Standard delivery time ranges between 30–60 minutes, depending on order volume, distance, and kitchen load.
During peak hours, festivals, or adverse weather, delivery times may vary.

All orders are prepared fresh upon confirmation.
Preparation begins immediately, so customers are encouraged to review their order carefully before placing it.
🛵 4. Delivery Partners
Deliveries are handled by our in‑house riders or trusted third‑party delivery partners.
Customers will receive updates via SMS/WhatsApp/Call when the order is out for delivery.
📍 5. Delivery Address
Customers must provide an accurate and complete delivery address.
Zaykedar is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address details.
📦 6. Delivery Attempts
The rider will attempt delivery once.
If the customer is unreachable or unavailable, the order will be marked as undelivered and no refund will be issued, as the food is freshly prepared.

Delivery fees vary based on distance and will be displayed at checkout.
Occasional free‑delivery promotions may apply.

The delivery location is unsafe or inaccessible
The customer engages in inappropriate behavior
