🕒 1. Order Cancellation Policy
Customers can cancel an order within 5 minutes of placing them, provided that food preparation has not started.

Once an order enters the preparation or cooking stage, cancellation is no longer possible, as ingredients are allocated and fresh items are already being prepared.

Orders that have been dispatched or are out for delivery cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.

Our team will verify the order status and confirm whether cancellation is possible.

We may cancel an order if we found:

  • Ingredients required for the dish are unavailable
  • Delivery partners are unable to service the location
  • Technical or payment issues occur
  • Safety or hygiene standards cannot be met

In such cases, customers receive a full refund.

 

📦 2. Return Policy
Since we prepare fresh, perishable food items, returns are only accepted in the following exceptional cases:

  • The delivered item is incorrect compared to what was ordered.
  • The item is damaged, spilled, or compromised during transit.
  • There is a quality or hygiene concern that is valid and verifiable.

Conditions for Return/Replacement Eligibility
Customers must report the issue within 30 minutes of delivery.

Clear photo or video evidence must be provided for verification.

Items must remain untouched and unconsumed for eligibility.

💳 3. Refund Policy
Refunds are processed only under the following circumstances:

  • Cancellation approved within the valid cancellation window.
  • Duplicate or accidental orders placed by mistake (if preparation has not begun).
  • Orders cancelled by Zaykedar due to:
  1. Ingredient unavailability
  2. Delivery constraints
  3. Technical issues
  4. Safety or hygiene concerns

Refund Method & Timeline
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Refunds typically reflect within 24 hours, depending on the payment provider.
